Hawaiian BBQ

| 1inch | Ginger crushed |
| 1. | Boil ribs for 1 hour |
| 2. | Place ribs in marinade while hot |
| 3. | Broil in oven or BBQ on coal until it's cooked |
| 2 | Graham cracker pie crust (buy from store) | |
| 1 | Tofu - squeezed and beaten smooth | |
| 1 | Cool Whip 8 oz | |
| 2 | Mandarin orange 11oz can, drained | |
| 2 | Small Box(4 oz) Orange Jello | |
| 2Cup | ※注1※ | Hot water |
| 1Tbsp | ※注2※ | Fresh lemon juice |
| 1tbs | ※注3※ | Lemon extract |
| 1. | Mix Tofu and cool whip |
| 2. | Mix Jello, hot water, lemon juice and lemon extract |
| Wait until it cools off | |
| 3. | Mix 1 and 2 mixtures, and divide into 2 |
| 4. | Add one can of Mandarin orange into each mixture |
| 5. | Pour in graham cracker pie crust and refrigerate till firm |
