| 2 | eggs |
| 1tsp | cinnamon |
| 1-1 1/2Cups | sugar |
| 1/2Cup | oil |
| 1Cup | chopped walnuts |
| 2Cups | flour |
| 2tsp | baking soda |
| 3/4tsp | salt |
| 4Cups | green diced apples(cut quarters into 4-5 pieces) |
| 1. | Fix apples. Break eggs over apples, toss with fork. Add cinnamon and sugar, and toss again. Add nuts and oil. Stir. |
| 2. | Sift dry ingredients together and sift into the above mixture. |
| 3. | Mix thoroughly. |
| 4. | Grease and flour a 9"×13" baking dish. Bake at 350°for 55 min. |
